Need to find available dates for a group of people

Is there an app or website or something where one person can set a range of dates and times, and others can be invited to indicate their availability?

I could just create a spreadsheet and enter all the data manually, and then analyse it, but it would be so convenient if I didn't have to.

Surely you just do something like a WhatsApp poll? If it's a lot of people such that "analysing the data" is going to be really difficult, then don't overthink it and offer up lots of options - stick to a few.
