I'm looking for recommendations for good pub food (including but not limited to Sunday lunch) in North/North East Norfolk. Thanks!

Carpenters Arms - Wighton - really good food. Haven't tried the Sunday roast, but the main menu is really good. Been there 3 x in the last 12 months and always enjoyed.
Dun Cow - Salthouse - mixed reviews on Tripadvisor, but we've had lunch there recently and enjoyed it.
Red Lion - Stiffkey - used to be a firm favourite but recent experience hasn't been as good as it used to be.

Carpenters Arms Wighton Norfolk

I was just going to say the Red Lion at stiffkey, but I haven't been there for a couple of years...

The dun cow in Clay

White Horse in Brancaster? I've not been for years but it was good when I went.

I love The Pigs in Edgefield, near Holt. One of my favourite places in the county.

The Victoria Inn at Holkham used to be really good but no idea if it still is. The Gunton Arms near Cromer and Thorpe also thoroughly recommended, amazing meat cooked over the open fireplace.

I'm really interested in the Gunton Arms, do you know if they have a children's menu? It doesn't mention it on the website.

Pass - though I’ve seen children eating there at lunchtime when they do a bar menu of smaller things, and would imagine they’d do half portions / split a portion into two plates.

The Pigs and The Three Horseshoes are in a good location for us too. The Carpenter's Arms looks good.
We love The White Horse! Sadly all booked for Sunday lunch but we will try to get there for an evening meal.

The Gunton Arms is one of my local pubs 🙂 - would recommend that, the Pigs at Edgefield (Holt) and the Carpenters Arms. Love love love the Guntons sister pub at Southrepps the Suffield Arms - cool quirky amazing modern art and great food 🙂

Brisley Bell is also good.

ooh yes and the Bucks at Blickling!

Wells Crab House was spectacular when we went a few years ago.

I second (third?) the Pigs!

Yes another for The Buck. The Family run this and a few others and they have a great reputation for their food. Their other pub is not far down the road called The Black Boys. The roast is amazing with good portion sizes
