Babyshower gift ideas

I am going to a baby shower next week and need some inspiration for a nice gift to give to my friend. They already have a boy and the newborn is also boy so I imagine they have plenty of clothes. Happy to spend up to £20. What sort of present would you have appreciated most?

i realise this is no longer relavent but if people coming to thsi threat - as a new mum i love swaddles. Etta or Le Petit Maus ones are my favoutie and i use them ALL the time. Le Petit maus are super pretty and themed so you can try to get one that reflects a mums personality whcih looks like you made an effort!
