I made this recipe roughly a year ago. It was almost certainly from a UK recipe site and although I have searched BBC Food, BBC Good Food and Delicious magazine, I can't seem to find it again.
It's a spicy chicken noodle soup and I remember the following:
Chicken breast was seasoned and pre baked (oven), then cut/shredded.
Broth was mainly chicken stock and sriracha sauce.
Vegetables were spring onion, fresh red chilli and red onion, plus fresh coriander as a garnish.
It is absolutely delicious but like a total idiot I didn't save it. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Picture is what I made last year.
