When does my notice period end?

This should be incredibly easy but my brain is broken apparently and I can’t work it out today 🫠

Line in contract says “Each party can terminate the agreement to the end of the month, providing 3 months notice both ways.”

I gave notice on June 25th

My usual pay day is 30th of the month

So, when is my last working day and when is my last “payday”

(it’s not a company so no HR and I want everything written down before I talk to them)

September 26th will be the last working day and you will get paid September 30th.

Resignations are notice period plus one day (the day you put in your resignation).

It's September 24th, not 26th.

Your last pay day depends on the payroll. What's dates are you paid on the 30th for? If you're paid for 1 Sept - 30 Sept on the 30th, that'll be your last pay day.
