Facebook hacked

My Facebook account has been hacked. I’ve followed the onscreen instructions, and now there is no trace of my account but the hacker has set up an account using my details.

I’ve used the hacked account wizard, and it’s saying my account has been disabled.

I’ve tried the phone number for Facebook but not sure it’s a scam as they wanted me to download an app to give them control of my laptop.

Can anyone please help? Thank you.

When mine was hacked I set up a new email address, followed the instructions using a different phone or laptop you’ve never logged in from before and got back in and kicked out the hacker by removing their email adress and phone number they’d changed it all to

My aunty, though, I couldn’t do this for her. Facebook disabled hers
