I've lost 2.5 stone on SW which I'm delighted about but feel t's served it's purpose & now keen to move away from the myriad of UPF & fat free products I've been relying on.
I'm having a bit of a body & mind overhaul (prompted by awful menopause & a cancer scare) and adopting a more clean & healthy approach to eating. I'm not doing anything radical and lots of SW principles follow this with ample fruit & veg, wholegrains, fish, cooking from scratch etc. I would however like to drop the diet element of it ie fat-free yogurt, skimmed milk, low fat snacks & counting syns!
Anyone successfully transitioned away from SW to a more wholesome diet & kept the weight off? Over time I know my body will adjust and these full fat products will stop me feeling the need to snack constantly but I must admit it's quite scary suddenly adding fat into my diet after avoiding it for so long!
