I have been someone who researches, changes providers at the end of contract goes through Topcashback etc. Never been a problem and all pricing seemed clear
Unfortunately I must of missed the memo from Now that said my contract was ending and I've been upped to a ridiculous amount at their "standard"rate. So annoying. I have fibre and a landline as mobile signal here is rubbish.
But apparently if I change providers I can have internet landline but I can't keep my number . And it will cost me £8 extra.
Sky installed my physical line when I moved here but its always included with my broadband So I went to Sky but I can't use the phone line they installed with them either.
I've seen you can pay a VOIP or something to go through a cloud system and keep the number but that sounds hassle too, Is this only way now?
