Husband on conditional order due to coercive/controlling

There was a abuse incident that happened on 15th July .my husband pushed me,slapped me and held my neck when I went to protect my daughter from his verbal abuse. He was about to hit her and I went in protected her.On Tuesday I have raised complaint and police have taken him and then was given a conditional order not to contact me or or enter our home.He has always been emotionally, verbally and financially abusing me.Now he crossed his limits and hit my daughter once in March.I told him clearly I will not accept it if he does again. What should I do now?I tried reaching for Legal aid but they can help after I share my payslip information which I don’t have as my husband is my employer and he didn’t share any of my payslip information.I tried to get my NI contribution details and it says already registered and has my husband number to the account so I don’t know how to login.what steps should I take if I want to separate and protect my daughter. Our home is on his name.our investment properties are on his company name.

Well done for standing up to him, your daughter will remember this.

Could you share your bank account statements? Do you think they would accept them? If he has control of your finances, they must have seen this before, it happens.
