I sold some tickets via ticketmaster to a gig we could no longer make. They sold on the 28th June and I am yet to receive payment for the tickets. I had an email later that day to say the tickets have been issued to the buyer and that I would receive payment into my account within 13-15 days. 15 working days have passed and still nothing. I have tried to speak to them on the online chat but nothing is happening when I send a message, I am not getting an automatic response, I am not getting the option to speak to someone.
has anyone got an email/phone number to try as it’s really frustrating and I need the money! Thanks
