What is this spot that comes up every evening and goes down overnight?? On my face.

For a while I've had a spot in the crease of my nose that appears in the evenings and then has gone by morning then comes back again in thr evening. Every singlr day. I've tried squeezing it and picking at it but it doesn't go. It's hard.
What is it??

Send a picture to your GP. It could be a BCC. Easily removed if it is.

Definitely get it checked,I had a spot that wouldn't heal and it was cancer.

It's the fact it's not there in the mornings but appears in the evenings that is weird
