I've just found this on YouTube. I didn't see any discussion about it when it was aired about a month ago. I'm really shocked to be honest. I wouldn't imagine that things like this go on in SEN schools.

@lawnseed it doesn't surprise me in the slightest. The language I ve heard isn't quite that level where I work but it's disrespectful and extremely rude and inappropriate via cousin who works in a college.
She said she's tried to raise it many times but ineffective slt and middle managers who also don't get it means nothing is done.

Folks a lesser degree of of this happens every single day in schools
Because teachers get no proper training on it.
Unfortunately they are still labeled the naughty children and so on.
