Next In Store Returns

I’ve got some things to return to Next. I’ve sent them back a couple of times using the £2.50 courier pick up but might get chance to drop this lot off.

I believe when you do them in store you do it all yourself nowadays, rather than taking to a cashier. If so, do you still get some kind of receipt when doing it that way?

Yes, you get the option to ask for a paper receipt on the computer. I didn't get a receipt for one of mine but still got an email confirming the returns.

it's super efficient and you get an email straight away (in our one) you just plonk the returns in the box.
