We did well to make to make it bog off last time. I don't like it when it's freezing either, just a nice steady 20-23° - but this seems to have come out of nowhere, so no time to ready my mind for all the horrors of all the stickiness and feeling like I can't breathe -

Come one and all to a place where people won't berate you if you want to moan about the heat 🔥

My boobs are stuck 🤣🤣 can't walk around naked as have teenagers in the house 🏠 🥴

I have come down with a cold. I have blocked nose, sore throat, headache, the whole lot - in this heat!

The air outdoors is still fairly fresh at this time in the morning, but it looks like the heat will build throughout the day.

My clinic room at work has 2 south facing windows and 3 fridges that kick out heat. I'm miserable at work when it's hot.
My bedroom is currently 23 degrees.
Go away, heat!
