Low systolic bp

Posting for traffic.

The past few days I've felt absolutely rubbish. My blood pressure has been consistent with low systolic bp (anywhere between 100-113) with my diastolic in the normal to slightly high range. I can't find anything online about why this might be happening.
Every site I've looked on just talked about low bp as a whole rather than just systolic.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Other symptoms I'm experiencing:

  • light headedness and nausea on and off
  • pain on top left side of head when exerting myself
  • sweating on and off
  • freezing cold toes on my left foot

Any advice or input would be massively appreciated xx

110-113 isn’t low - the normal range is 90 to,120; mine is generally around 110.

how long have you had the other symptoms and how bad are they?

It's been about 3 days of these specific symptoms.
I have POTS and EDS and have flare ups every few months but this is different.
My blood pressure is constantly fluctuating between high and low and has dropped as low as 77/44 during my last flare up.

Currently I'm able to function at a basic level but needing to rest a lot more than usual and just generally feel rubbish.
