So, mine are some local free range eggs that are multiple colours (if bloody Farrow & Ball copied these egg colours they would make even more of a mint).
Eggs are 30p each. I love that you can just buy one egg and leave your coins in a jam jar.

My dahlias! I am on the dahlias thread but this is my beauty second year running. She’s like a Zsa Zsa Gabor of a flower ❤️

I stopped working in June 2024 to be a SAHM for a spell. Just having time back to enjoy life is a gift in itself.

I've had a really crap few days and this just made me smile. Thank you for sharing ☺️

Beautiful coloured flowers (currently verbena, salvia and crocosmia in the garden).

Awww thanks @Snooks1971 - I certainly think so but I know I'm very biased in that way. He's just home from his evening walk so I'm getting lots of cuddles now.

His little face! You can see in his eyes that he’s a special boy. (All dogs are special and beautiful but I digress). X

If we’ve been away, or just if she knows we are busy and a bit stressed, our lovely cleaner who used to be a florist makes up a posy from the garden and puts it on the kitchen table. Evergreen in winter, flowers in summer. They are always so lovely and it’s a really kind thing to do. Makes me smile when I get home!

My 2 best friends turning up out of the blue today to bring me gifts and supplies. I'm struggling with covid symptoms. Then my lovely boyfriend turned up (who i caught covid off) who lives 30 miles away, just for a cuddle. And I feel so much better for it this evening and feeling very blessed.

Some lovely things happening, thank you, it just goes to show that small gestures really mean a lot

Chatting small talk and passing the time of day with people, sharing a little laugh and passing a smile on.

A magnificently gruesome haul of soggy slug corpses in my beer traps 🙂 - after the slimy buggers stripped various plants I’d been nurturing.

Love this made me smile 😊

My allotment! It’s not been a great year so far, growing wise, but to see my tomatoes, sweetcorn, beetroot, all growing now, makes me happy!

@GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER I hear you! So satisfying to catch those slimey buggers. I bought a beautiful dahlia, put it in a pot; it’s just sticks now!

My 4 year old daughter has started pulling a new smile, it’s much more natural while before if I asked her to smile for a picture it would be a grimace at best 😂 but she’s just started smiling without baring every single tooth and squinting her eye closed, she’s so beautiful to me and the new smile makes me feel like my heart is being squeezed 💖
