I hate my job, how far do I go?

I'm sure those of you who work for this employer will know exactly what I'm talking about:
Nepotism
Bullying culture
Gossiping
One rule for management another for staff

Over the last two years I have recorded incidents that have concerned me.

I want to leave, do I just hand my notice in and go or go higher with my concerns

Given the history of this employer things are unlikely to change sadly

Why are you even posting when you've answered the problem yourself

These things are really hard to change. Requires insight, critical thinking and willingness to drive change forward.

One rule for management another for staff

These are easy to address on a case by case basis. People get the message pretty quickly.

I trained long and hard to get where I am, I have a BN and an MSc

When we have students they don't ever want to do what my team do as they can see how toxic it is

It's so sad
