Did I fall for a scam?

I bought something last week online. It said delivery is 4 to 7 days. Today is the 7th day. I didn't get a delivery. I got a tracking number earlier in the week but it was incomplete and doesn't show shipping or tracking details.

Do you think this is a scam. I ordered the scalp massager.

I should have ordered from Amazon. Should I ask for a refund tomorrow morning or just start a charge back from the bank.

The website has good reviews but the shop app reviews are bad.

All the reviews on trust pilot are negative. I’d get a charge back underway.

That's very disappointing.

Sorry, but that site looks dodgy as hell. Some of the warning signs:

1. It's offering massive discounts
2. It doesn't have a contact email address, phone number or address
3. It's a relatively new website

You might not be able to start a charge back yet. My bank won't do one until 30 days from payment incase the item turns up.

I think with my bank they take the shipping details which says it's 4 to 7 days, and then the process can start. I made a contact and took a screenshot of my contact. So I can start the process in the morning.

That's disappointing. I was looking forward to it.

Does anyone know where I can get similar. Amazon has one with a different brand name - breo but it's so expensive.

I purchased a bra off a company called Glizara a few months ago,kept seeing them advertised all over FB,insta etc so went ahead and ordered,was told 7-10 working days for delivery,so all good.Well,I waited,and waited and waited...sent emails and checked on Shopify if it had been dispatched and was sent an apology email saying there had been a delay and was due to be shipped the next day.I waited,and waited a few more days,no despatch notification so more emails sent and was always a generic reply saying they will look into it.This went on for weeks and weeks and I eventually got a refund from the bank.Checked this company's reviews onTrustpilot and they were dire an exactly the same as my experience.I wish I'd have done this before ordering!,and I will never order from a social media advertised company again.I foolishly presumed if they were using Shopify as a payment platform then they would be a legit company but I was very wrong.

I'm so sorry this happened to you. Thanks for letting me know. I didn't think twice about this order at all until the past hour or so. Today is the final day for shipping within their time frame and the tracking number is incomplete. I checked my email for other orders shipped with DHL and it's incomplete.

I will start the charge back process tomorrow morning.

I filled in their contact page about 4.30pm and I got no reply yet I remember the day after my online order I got a dispatch email at 8.30 am in the morning.

Definitely a scam.

I’ve ordered one of those swimming costumes that has shorts and pockets which I keep seeing advertised.
Every so often they send me so bullshit tracking but it’s been a month so far and it’s not shown. It’s only £17 so I’m not so bothered. But it’s still annoying.

Always google a website advertising stuff on FB, or really any website. If the price is super low there's a reason: it's a scam.

Even the website in your photos looks very similar in layout and font to the one I bought from,the only difference I can see is the items on the site.
I'll definitely buy from Amazon next time.

I still had some hope that this would appear in the mail today but it never did. It's over the delivery days time frame now. I asked for a refund but I never got a reply. So when can I fill in the chargeback page from the bank. Will I have to wait til tomorrow or Monday maybe.

Or can I fill it now.

So here's an update to this. I was going to go down the route of a chargeback with the bank. But there was a package delivered to me today. I am not at home to open my mail until tomorrow and for the life of me I can't figure out what it is but it just be this order. I really thought I wasn't going to get it but something came for me and I think it could be this.

It's mad, on Thursday night last week I thought this was a scam and I found another similar thing on shein and ordered one.

I wouldn't order any kind of electrical item I was going to use directly on my body from shein either. (Personally I wouldn't order from shein full stop but that's my choice)

The url says Lumirelax
the product and banner say Lumilux. If it arrives it is fake and probably unsafe.
LED products are expensive for a reason.
Cheap shit from China is cheap for a reason. Sorry if that's not what you want to hear but please be careful.

This is what I ordered. It's the massaging hair brush. I am a big sucker for hair and scalp stuff and I was more interested in the massaging function of the brush.

I had no interest in anything else.

I hope the massager will be good to use. There might be an option to turn off the red light thing. I don't know. My understanding of this is that it's chargeable. I presume that would be safe to use.

There a similar thing on Amazon from a different brand for over 200 pounds.

Yeah, I think the site is fake alright. I didn't see it at first but I do now.
