Horse fly bite blister burst what now?

Bltten by horsefly yesterday, big blister just burst. What do I do now please?

I’d keep it clean, maybe put some antiseptic cream on it and cover it with a plaster or other dressing.

TCP?

I have got any antiseptic cream.
