Why are some mccoys packs stronger flavour than others?

Anyone else find this? I love a strong crisp flavour. Some mccoys the flavour is insane, others there’s no flavouring. Why?
(primarily talking about cheddar and onion)

Depends which shift is on in the factory. Crisps often vary wildly in flavor. I love a salt and vinegar that makes your jaw wince.

Same with many crisps, I find. Sometimes the McCoys ready salted are way too salty. Still love 'em, though, and wish they had ready salted only in a multipack.
