Summer Party coming up, what syrup\cordial can I make to go with a huge bottle of Gin?

Got a friend's summer party coming up (haha, fingers crossed for the weather). Trying to work out what to take, I've got the food down, doing parmesan biscuits. But I've got a huge bottle of Bombay Gin that I definitely won't drink (Birthday present) and don't want to waste, so I'm wondering if I could make a nice homemade summery syrup or cordial to mix with it as a good offering. Any good ideas?

Fresh ginger. Lots of it. Peel, bash slightly, shove it in the bottle. Allow to steep for as long as you have. Very delicious. G&T with an extra G.

Oh I love ginger (just done a ginger and apple fresh juice), do you serve with plain tonic, presume so?

Raspberry
elderflower (I’ve no idea when they’re in season!)

You can serve with regular tonic, or with ginger ale (or the Canada Dry ginger mixer).

I call it a "Ginger Fizz".

Fresh Elderflower are probably going over if not all gone, but any recipes for the Raspberry? I'm good with food but clueless with alcohol, any recipes gratefully received!!

No recipe i’m afraid, I just really like the Edinburgh gin
raspberry gin with fizz!
