Hi all i receive some UC as I work part time , my DS has started extra time at nursery which I have to pay for , uc rang saying I can get help for costs so I was told to apply 12th July which I did everything is completed my end however my payment is delayed as iv received no statement for this month . I'm worried as my uc is paid 19th every month and goes towards most big bills iv rang today and the woman said iv not received a statement as they are still need to verify the costs there end , she said she will send a message to the case worker to get on it , this is the first time iv applied for child care cost help , has anyone else had problems / delays before?
