I have a second interview on Friday for what to me looks like a dream company and a good continuation of my career.
Their main concern during the first interview was that maybe they couldn't afford me.
They've come back to me, which means they've somehow found the budget. I'm also interviewing with all relevant heads and the MD.
How can I prepare better? They are a direct competitor of a former employer, and the job was very similar.
It's also likely that I'll end up getting a pay cut, but that's just a hunch..
