OK- celebration cake..

Or something celebratory cake adjacent for 8 people. No gluten or dairy. If at all possible no eggs, but this isn't crucial, I can make it up to the no egg person later but it would be nice to include him for once.

Any ideas? I would normally make a Victoria sponge with lots of cream, fruit and glitter- ignoring the no egg person who would actually rather have anchovy toast anyway.

Not sure if you’re making or buying but if you’re buying this ticks all your boxes and is great from Asda.
They also did a really lovely free from caterpillar cake but I can’t see it on the app now and I’m unsure if it had egg in it in any case.
