I'm coming up to a week overdue, I think! Life got in the way!

I'm a very regular customer - do you think it'll be alright? It's quite a big order (£200 ish)

Why do you think they will be OK with you not meeting their terms and conditions? I doubt there are special rules for regular customers. 🙄

chanipumpkin · 16/07/2024 20:12

I've never tried to do this, why would you think it's ok?

Sell them on vinted like not cheeky-fucker people

CheeseMakesMyHeartMelt · 16/07/2024 20:14

Yeah - I don't think 'life got in the way' overrides their Ts & Cs somehow.....
Oh, and the returns department won't be checking if you're a regular customer to give you special treatment.

Josie234 · 16/07/2024 20:17

Be careful.
Some fast fashion/online companies are closing accounts of customers who over order and make a high percentage of returns.

Yeah, Ive had a parent in intensive care, so I have been somewhat sidetracked. What a cheeky fucker, eh?

I have returned things late before and been given a refund in vouchers instead. But their T&C's say they can refuse to refund and charge you to post them back so I'd try and get them sent back as soon as you can.

Sorry to hear about your parent, think some posters have been overly harsh it's just clothes at the end of the day
