Can someone explain my glasses prescription to me please?

I've never worn glasses, had an eye test yesterday and now need glasses.
Issue is I don't understand what any of it means.

I might have not been listening but i'm sure she said I have good eyesight but that I have weak eye muscles? I went because i have been getting headaches and find driving at night harder as the lights look blurry.

On my paperwork it says 0.00 for sph on both eyes...does that mean that the actual eyesight is ok?
