Post-COVID fatigue and brain fog

I've had COVID several times over the last four years, but omg, the post-infection fatigue and brain fog this time are by far the worst. The actual COVID has been over for about a week and I was actually fine while I was ill, but now that it's "over" I just can't get back on my feet. Struggling to do basic daily tasks, never mind my actual work, which is a big problem as I have a huge deadline in a week.

Already doing all the "basics" such as eating healthy, staying hydrated, getting a bit of exercise and spending time outside without overdoing it (I have a dog so I don't have a choice) and of course resting/sleeping as much as possible... but tbh, I could probably sleep all day and still feel like I need more...

Does anyone have similar right now, and what has helped!?

iirc from the early days, many patients who had covid were found to have low B12, low iron and low vitamin D, all of which cause exhaustion and brain fog.
Maybe get some high strength supplements and see if you feel any improvement?

Hi OP, I'm in the same position - did anything help relieve the trauma?
