Does anyone know of there is a way to contact Facebook for help, as everything we have tried doesn't work.
My dh doesn't use his FB account but has one as a place marker. He recently has an email to say it had been signed into in America. He had another one saying someone has also set up payments on it. From what I can see as a friend nothing has changed, but he can't log in and the reset email isn't coming through to his email account. He keeps getting to the page saying waiting for authorisation to come through, even from the first try, so it's not as if he has done it multiple times and reached the limit. Trying to reset passwords means an email to his account, which isn't coming through.
Any other ideas of what we could try? He just wants to be able to retake control of it in order to delete it. Many thanks.
