Kitchen cupboards

The kitchen in my house was designed by the previous owners and while some of it is great, there are a lot of really annoying cupboards that I just don't get because their size is so awkward. Mostly because the space is tall and narrow - I mean how many cereal boxes or bottles can anyone newd to store?! Have you found a solution for your awkward cupboards and can you help me tidy my cupboards?

This is my worst example. I can't find anything as only solution is to stack.

I am messy by nature and these cupboards are not helping me! Is the solution obvious? HELP!

I have thought of that, but I think it would still not be working well as the cupboards are so deep. Reaching something at the back would be hard. It would be an improvement, but not a huge one.

Use plastic storage boxes on the shelves if they're deep then you can lift the box out to save struggling to reach things from the back, and put labels on the front of the box so you know what's in them (group similar items together e.g. herbs & spices, baking ingredients etc). You can get wire or wood drawers that fit inside cupboards that might work if you can get the right size.

I used some in a 40cm wide cupboard and they were a bit of a pain to fit but were useful.

Take some of the shelves out and use as a broom/ hoover cupboard?
