Year Diary in Twelve Separate Months

Sorry, the title doesn’t really explain it very well but I’m looking for a year paper diary made up of twelve individual books - one for each month. I’m sure I have seen them in the past but can’t remember where or what brand etc and no one else seems to know what I mean.
Does this actually exist or have I misremembered it? I have tried googling but can’t really find anything.

If it doesn’t exist it sounds like the type of thing that you could make yourself easily enough OP.

Yes thanks that’s my Plan B and I’ve got my eye on the Midori MD A7 notebooks but I just thought if I could get printed ones it would save me a job!
