Sudden sagginess after weight gain

Uuurgh in so mad at myself...about 3 years ago i lost about 4 stone and looked and felt better than i had for decades.
I keep it off for ages but in the last 6 months or so I've eaten badly and stopped moving ( mixture of circumstances). I'm horrified that I've put on about 2 and a half stone but also it's made my thighs and stomach so saggy and wrinkly ( thanks menopause).
Had anyone got any advice on how to start a strict diet and reintroduce some sort of daily exercise?? Is this reversible?? Or am i just fat in my 50s ?

Once you start moving again it will right itself.
Diet and exercise together to tone up as you go.

I just can't beliebe how quickly it has happened to be honest.
Thanks for your positive comment
