3 weeks to try and get rid of a bit of bloat and fat from stomach? Help!

It's mine and my husbands 10 year anniversary. We have a lovely weekend planned, I really want to get rid of some of them bloat and fat from stomach, any ideas?

Ditch alcohol and sugar, reduce portion sizes, drink loads of water and go easy on the carbs.

I get bloated if I eat yeast, so for me swapping normal bread for proper sourdough bread meant instantly no more bloating.

Thank you, already don't do alcohol, fizzy drinks and carbs are my main issue!

Intermittent fasting! My tummy shrunk a lot after doing that for a couple of weeks. I lost a few pounds, but most importantly I lost a lot of bloat!

Intermittent fasting. I started 16:8 18 days ago and I can already see the difference on my stomach going down. I did 16:8 3 years ago and had great results with my body size but also my energy levels and mood.
