Isn’t it your foot?

On top of your foot! I discovered this a few years ago and was surprised.

(I had thought it was the underneath bit)

I thought it was the arch of your foot, underneath....

Top of your foot. Both dh and ds have a high instep. Something to watch out for when buying shoes.

Yes it’s the top of your foot!
I almost had a punch up with someone insisting it was the arch!
Most people think it’s at the bottom of your foot.
