...on a Saturday? Driving to London tomorrow from 2.5 hours away (according to sat nav). Setting off early and have parking booked. No idea what time to leave but need to be at London stadium for 10:30.

The area around the stadium itself will be much busier when there is a big event there, with a substantial increase in traffic, but you have a big advantage in already having parking booked.

Put the day/time you want to arrive in Google maps and it will tell you what time to leave based on typical traffic at that time.

Usually not busy at all but if there’s an event on it might be different. I’d try to get there early then go for brunch in Westfield
