HOW do I add myself to my mum's account so I can order her meds if she can't?

I have looked and looked and still can't work it out !

You can't just add yourself to other people's accounts! You need to speak to the surgery.

I already did , they said I can do it from the instructions on line. Right, so I need to speak to them...again!

Use her login, I used to when dh was end of life.

I tried to from my phone but it wouldn't let me.
