What would you put in a toolbox?

Our toolbox has evolved over many years, suiting the house we lived in and the jobs we would do in it.

What would you put in a brand new toolbox? It's for a FTB of a Victorian terrace house. I've never lived in a properly old house.

Socket set
Tester screwdriver
Adjustable spanner
Claw hammer
Pliers
Radiator key
Stanley knife
Metal ruler

What else?

small level
Picture hangers
Putty
Nails couple sizes - can be used to make a guide hole for screws without needing a drill.
Is pliers both needle nose and flat nose ones?

Gaffer tape
Torch
Pencil
Wd40

Level - small one should be fine.
Both types of screwdriver
Retractable measuring tape
Insulating/electricians tape
Cable ties
Craft knife
plaster spreader thingy (not sure of name)

Trowel

I don't think trowel - I'm thinking the smaller thin knife type things with a flat end for spreading filler/plaster over small holes and dents. Is that a trowel?
