Hi all
Today I walked up an escalator and felt like my heart was going to explode! And I looked at myself in the mirror and honestly felt terrible.
5 years ago(!) before DD1 I ran 10ks, did Barry’s boot camp and never worried about my stamina levels or weight - i felt good
fast forward to now- after two kids - and I’m like a shadow of my Former self. I feel like my body is losing its functionality (ignoring the weight), and at 40 I know I need to nip this in the bud.
I work a demanding job full time - but honestly I know I need to make drastic changes to lose weight, increase energy, get fit and feel better.
in terms of exercise - where do I start?! Do I do an online exercise video or something more intense. I don’t know what to do or where to begin and I still feel quite post natal (gave birthday to DD2 15 months ago).
im terrified to do anything really scary like Barry’s boot cam - even something very easy like junior park run with my DD1!
diet is easier as I know what’s healthy and just need to eat it
