Good non-toxic pans?

Does anyone have good recommendations for good quality non toxic pans please?

I bought a bog standard non-stick set a few years ago but now understand these can have serious health risks. I do want something fairly non-stick for frying etc but my main priority now is non-toxic.

I've got a set of ninja pans and they are brilliant and I think and hope they will last for years.

@onwardandupwards Ninja pans have PFAS 🙁

I use pro cook tri-ply stainless steel (not their non-stick ones, just plain stainless steel). Had them a while, they are very good.

Following - I've just thrown out all my plastic in the kitchen and now I'm trying to replace my pans as well.

I want to do this! I'd love any tips or recommendations you have.
