I have never been great in the mornings and have always perked up in the late afternoon and evenings. However I do go to bed by midnight and get up about 8am. I generally sleep well, I don't drink, I eat a healthy diet, I avoid caffeine and I exercise regularly but I feel like a zombie until mid afternoon most days. Its really frustrating. A lot of it is that I often get migraines which I see a specialist for but the medication also makes me sleepy. I am in my 40's but I have pretty much always been like this.
Any tips?
