I love a bit of zumba and ballroom...

What classes can I do online for free? - Definitely for exercise rather than technique so a reasonable pace and fun!!

Thanks

Not dancing but I love ‘walk with Rick’ on you tube

Get Fit with Rick on YouTube has some Zumba style workouts as well as a load of other dance/walking ones.

I would love to try some that are high intensity but not complex. I'm very uncoordinated but strong and quite flexible. Something about 20-30 mins in length as I do a yoga class before or after. Can anyone help? And is that ok to ask op?

loveyouradvice · 12/07/2024 00:08

Of course @toomanydicksonthedancefloor1 ... though I'm up for medium intensity and even low if it's a ballet/core type thing...

Let's see what else is suggested!!

Kathryn Morgan beginner ballet barre (also search for centre). You can use a chair or kitchen work surface if you don't have a barre.

Different themes to choose from, and non intro versions. Link to easy beginners ballet barre with intros.
