Just interviewed for a role at a company I really liked and they loved me, but...

They don't think they can meet my salary expectations. I reassured them there's wiggle room, but is there anything else I can do?

Can they offer flex as well
what is the salary differential? Any chance the salary could increase after the probation period etc

From my understanding anything between £20-25k (or around £30k if I compare it to my previous role and direct competitor).
