Tablet feels stuck in chest

argh - this is horrible
I took 2 paracetamol, and 4 other small capsules - and they feel stuck in my chest - been sipping cooled herbal tea (how exciting!) and had a small cake, but its still sitting there

how do i get it to move down??

Slice of bread?

I know this feeling. It will shift I promise. I'd have more warm tea and maybe some bread

Drinking milk will help take the burning sensation away. I also brush my teeth because I can't stand the taste once it finally shifts!
