Unfortunately another incident of a woman and her family being murdered by an ex partner.

He's on the run. I won't paraphrase the details of the attack as they are horrific but he's taken out an entire family, probably because he felt a bit hard done by.

When will this violence be taken seriously and dealt with properly? They just keep coming.

He’s been found with injuries which he’s now receiving treatment for.

That's good he's been found alive he can face what he did!

The police have said that Clifford was ‘know to the victims’, which presumably means he was at some point in some sort of relationship with one of the daughters.

If he has been shot, I hope he survives so he can live out his worthless life in prison, hopefully in pain every day.

I know he should face justice but it's one less to fund through prison.

It will be me and my colleagues going in to that situation ... with the shanks and violence....we don't encourage that behaviour you know, usually one of us is injured

Thank you for reminding people of this. The sheer inhumanity of people who think prison staff should operate in this environment. This bloodlust dehumanises everyone.

How can he use bejng in the army as any defence? He’s unlikely to have seen anything that will have caused PTSD. I’ve seen people who served in his regiment say he’s an immature bloke with a chip on his shoulder. From what I’ve seen he did less than the required 4yrs minimum service so was probably chucked out. There is no defence there whatsoever.

I've just read his older brother is already in prison for murder 🤯 he ran two people over after the threw a bottle at his car.

He'll be put in prison and made to serve a life sentence and he will completely deserve it.

What's hard is knowing that this year there will be approximately another 200 female, murder victims who might not get justice because they don't live in suburbia or have a celebrity husband who will be grieving publicly. Nothing ever changes for the poorer members of society.

I wish we didn’t use language like this. It does not help. It makes it seem almost acceptable.

They didn’t lose their lives.

They were brutally murdered in a terrifying and horrific way by a man who chose to kill them.

I am so tired of men killing women just because they can.

As soon as I heard this news, I knew the perpetrator would be a man close to one of the women who'd decided she had to die, and take her relatives with her.

Men who commit this type of crime (and it's almost always men) are the scourge of society. My heart breaks for the women who've lost their lives.

It seems he was seeing other people as well as Louise. He messaged a girlfriend just before he went to attack the family.
Arrogant and entitled, couldn't stand the fact that she had finished with him.
Poor ladies, being confronted by him. What a dreadful thing to do.

I read some of the live reporting on the telegraph today. The information from the trial is just horrendous. Can't comprehend what they must have went through.
