New job but I've seen another should I apply?

I started a new job 6 weeks ago but it's somewhat different to what was advertised. I've only done training courses for the last 6 weeks. I'm not sure that I want or am suitable for the actual role.
I've seen a local council job doing what I was doing before should I apply? Or stick this out for as long as I can?

you’ve only done the training

why not see how the job goes

Without being to outing it's a training job. I used to teach then moved into corporate and now this is corporate training..
It's just bringing back why I left teaching.

It's clear you don't want to be there. Apply elsewhere. Don't feel bad - look after #1.

Ironically if you had asked me before I would have said that this is my dream job. I don't think it will be. But I've done a number of courses that they have paid for so I feel guilty. They want me to do well.
I'll apply to the council as you never know but must put everything into current job as I am the sole earner at home.
