Yesterday I started with a burning chest, shortness of breath, a bit of a cough but not too bad and when I do cough I cough up thick green stuff (sorry) I’ve noticed my heart beating a bit faster than normal and when I’ve coughed my left arm tingles and a dull ache for a minute or so. Also shoulder pain but don’t know if I’ve just lied on it funny or something. Wondering what to do
