Period pain

Why the fuck is it so fucking painful
and so hard to get help with?!

I'm just having a rant as it feels like someone has had my ovary in a vice for the past week, now I've got cramps and back pain to add to it
Taken 60mg dihydrocodeine and mefanamic acid and exactly the same pain level

Waiting for endo surgery but I have to wait for MRI results, another consult, MDT meeting, 3 months of medical menopause... I just want to say to them take my fucking ovaries and womb out before I do it
So I have to go however long (6 months, a year) with uncontrollable pain

Have you tried dienogest yet?

Have you seen the castor oil wraps or heat patches?

Nothing worked for me. They said having children it might get better but nope and it's so bad that I take codeine yet how come four kids twin births I needed no pain relief. It's so crazy there's still nothing that works well

I've emailed the secretary this morning asking for a repeat consult with a pain relief plan
I've got an electric heat pad on me. Usually use the be you patches too but no spare cash this month
It's the pinching ovary pain that's the worst
