In 2019/2020 I had so many letters about a debt (overdraft approx £2000).
I kept getting 30 day holds put on while I sorted things out. One the last call they said to me that if I wanted I could have the letters and calls stopped if it was stressful so I agreed.
The thing is I thought they meant temporarily- they’ve not been in contact since ? I cannot remember the name of the company or find any paperwork. It’s not on my credit file ??? I wanted to start a repayment plan to help my credit rating but I cannot locate this debt. Then bank it was originally with can’t help either ??
Is there a way to trace this debt ?
