Unusual fun activities - suggestions?

Hi all, DP birthday in 2 weeks. I'm booking a twilight spa experience for the evening before but I want to do an activity on his birthday. Nothing like a driving experience or flying, but something the two of us can do that might be fun but different - along the lines of the crystal maze/rage room etc (nothing available for the date or these would be perfect).

Based in the midlands!

Maybe geocaching or an outdoor escape room?

It depends a bit on where you are and how far you're willing to travel.

You can buy treasure hunt packs for cities?

Outdoor escape room sounds interesting! I've found a local place that I've been to before for pay & play days in my 4x4 and they do stuff like blindfolded driving, amphibious vehicle driving so I'm looking into that! Anything along these lines would be cool!

Do you have an axe throwing place? That’s a really good laugh. Or what about an arcade club?

Do you have any zoos or aquariums locally? They often run animal experiences - feeding etc.
