I have a low back dress for a special occasion that won't allow for a strapless bra. Pretty flat chested (b cup) and could benefit from a bit of extra padding. The dress doesn't show any particular cleavage so I won't benefit from cleavage enhancement, but I was just wondering if stick on bras offer any sort of padding/additional shape or am I better off just going for nipple covers. I imagine stick on bras aren't as comfortable, but if they help fill out my dress slightly and give a better silhouette potentially worth considering? Or are they really just for support and nothing more?
