Liquid collagen

Has anyone here tried liquid collagen mainly to help and aid and speed up hair growth?

I take a powder collagen supplement most mornings. I was dreading something lately online and it said the best time to take collagen is at nighttime before bed because that's when the body repairs itself.

Now I am tempted to invest in a moths supply of liquid collagen but it's expensive in the hope that I can speed up hair growth. I love my hair but I wish it was longer. I am booked in for a trim in August and my hair dresser usually takes too much off my hair but he cuts my hair to an even and healthy place so he's forgiven.

I've tried liquid (collagen superdose), capsules (weight world) and a powder (beauty pie). Can't say I've seen any major difference between those, but definitely can see the difference when I am not taking any. So now I am taking whatever I can get at a better price.

I want to know if this works! I've got some samples but I spend so much money on supplements and the osteopath it's mounting up. I don't earn a huge amount but most of it goes on my health these days

Eat raw jelly. Cheap and works mega fast. It strengthens hair and nails.

I wd only eat 2 squares weekly or your toenails will get really hard to trim!

No need to waste money on anything else.
